DELIVERY

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper note and will retry to deliver your product within the next two days. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Bartolini branch, where they will be held for collection. If you suspect no one will be home, please leave a note before completing your order so that the courier can leave the goods with a neighbor or family member.

We recommend that you check the packages before signing. If you have any doubts, accept "WITH RESERVATIONS." Otherwise, if there are any problems, we cannot issue a refund.

After delivery, you have 10 days to check the material and contact us in case of any problems (for example: missing items, unsuitable items, etc.).

DELIVERY TIMES

Order preparation takes 1-2 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from receipt of payment. After preparation, orders are delivered to the recipient in Italy within an average of 5 business days (7 days for islands). As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, each customer receives a tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment.
